Job Description:

Senior Director, Product Management-Payments Intelligence at Capital One. The Emerging Payments team builds and drives adoption of innovative first party payment products, manages relationships with 3rd party providers, and explores new areas like agentic commerce and stablecoins. The Payments Intelligence team uses transaction data to power unique experiences to improve consumer engagement, including AI/ML capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide leadership with a lean towards strategy, product strategy, and cross-LOB influence who is steeped in analytics and exploration
  • Raise the product management bar across our wider Emerging Payments team
  • Steer the platform's development to achieve the greatest impact on outcomes for both internal users and end customers
  • Collaborate closely with technology, data science, strategy, risk, and business teams to deliver immediate value while advancing long-term goals

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience with agentic commerce and payments

  • Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: creating heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
  • keeping patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
  • and demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
  • Offering to counsel, fielding medical questions, and soliciting information on a patient’s medical history to provide optimal care, when appropriate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Taking telephonic prescriptions from the prescriber, and calling the prescriber to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
  • Maintaining the highest level of self-awareness and providing in-the-moment coaching, training, and mentoring to pharmacy team members while sharing best practices
  • Completing basic inventory activities, as permitted by law, and as directed by the pharmacy leadership team, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.
