About the Team: This role is within Capital One's Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team. ECP is responsible for Capital One's digital customer experiences, including its award winning mobile app, its online presence as well as its marketing and messaging technology ecosystem. Within ECP, our team has a bold mission to transform the marketing infrastructure for Capital One and is accountable for billions of critical customer touchpoints per month across servicing and marketing. This product leader is responsible for critical capabilities within our marketing stack, specifically ownership of existing platforms operating at enterprise scale, owning the vision and roadmap associated with those platforms, in addition to optimizing in-market performance. This individual will work with the lines of business to deeply understand business needs and areas of opportunity. This role will leverage those learnings to continually improve owned platforms and build our destination Martech stack, including high-quality implementation of LOB needs. Job Responsibility

  • This product leader is responsible for critical capabilities within our marketing stack, specifically ownership of existing platforms operating at enterprise scale, owning the vision and roadmap associated with those platforms, in addition to optimizing in-market performance
  • This individual will work with the lines of business to deeply understand business needs and areas of opportunity

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
