Microsoft’s Office of Strategy and Transformation (OS&T) is looking for a Senior Director, Process Transformation to lead transformation efforts across Microsoft that will shape Microsoft’s journey to becoming a Frontier Firm. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of operational excellence at Microsoft. As a member of our Continuous Improvement team, you will be instrumental in building and deploying innovative tools and methodologies that streamline workflows and drive efficiencies. You’ll also be at the forefront of integrating AI to enhance processes and accelerate business outcomes.   • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications
  • 3+ years of experience and proficiency in process improvement and design
  • 3+ years of experience applying rigorous critical thinking to breakdown complex processes to identify improvement opportunities
