Marriott International is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director, Premium Brands to shape the future of assigned brands within a rapidly evolving portfolio. This leader translates global category vision into actionable strategies and long-term brand plans, guiding multi-year priorities and making enterprise-level decisions that balance brand ambition, commercial performance, and market realities. By partnering closely with continent and discipline teams, the Senior Director fosters innovation, elevates guest experiences, and ensures brand relevance and measurable business impact across markets.

  • Defines and maintains brand positioning for assigned brands

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience demonstrating career growth and exceptional performance
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic brand plans and multi-year business strategies with clear performance outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-brand initiatives in highly matrixed, global environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging consumer insights and market data to inform strategy and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
