In this role, the Senior Director, Operational Rhythm and Performance Management will lead a team that is directly responsible to define, land and run the SME&C rhythms of business to monitor and accelerate business performance. The role will also be responsible to partner with the extended leadership team on identifying opportunities & challenges, driving insightful discussions to facilitate the next best action to drive growth and ensuring best practice sharing among Operating Units. The Strategy & Planning team leads commercial strategy, planning and the SME&C rhythm of business (RoB). As such, it's essential for our team to work across SME&C leaders to drive coordinated improvements across revenue and investments, resource design, GTM and landing and to deliver a rigorous ROB to support all sales leaders to run, measure and get insights on their business to enable them to take action. This role will lead SME&C Planning to deliver against a common set of priorities through execution of strategic operational engines across revenue and investments, resource design, role success, GTM and landing. This role will work closely will all of our planning stakeholders, our Global Strategy & Operations LT and our SME&C LT, as well as our solutions role owners and our field planning leaders to deliver against aggressive timelines and land a cohesive set of changes and experience for the field.   • Lead an RoB team that will drive the FY27 ROB process for all SME&C – Corporate, SMB and Channel
  • Design an ROB process that drives insights and actions from Managers, to Segment leaders through to Global leadership
  • Establish an operating model that brings predictability, streamlines execution to drive efficiencies and results in clear expectations for every ROB cycle
  • Ensure insightful data and clarity on monthly prioritization of discussion topics that align to the needs of the business
  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement year over year and deliver against in-quarter agility when needed
  • Establish a clear communication channel for the most critical updates and deadlines

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
