Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting & HR Operations to join their organization. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, required
10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition and HR operations in a financial services environment
Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring
Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope
Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
