Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting & HR Operations to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a growing, well-established firm. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of recruiting leadership and HR operations expertise, thrives in an evolving environment, and is comfortable managing and developing teams while remaining hands-on when needed.
