Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing role at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, focusing on strategic PR campaigns, media relations, and brand positioning within the luxury hospitality market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns to support the resort’s goals
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials
  • Act as the resort’s spokesperson and manage media inquiries and crisis communications
  • Plan and execute media events, press trips, and community engagement initiatives

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of PR activities

Requirements:

  • A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within luxury hospitality or a related industry
  • Strong network of media contacts and experience working preferably with local, GCC and international media
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Creativity and strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in crisis communication and media training is a plus
  • Fluency in English is essential
