Senior Director role at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, responsible for leading PR and Marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, reputation management, and digital media to drive commercial outcomes and brand equity in a luxury hospitality setting.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead the annual PR and Marketing strategy and supporting channel plans aligned with commercial goals and property priorities
Lead the creation and execution of the integrated marketing and communications calendar, including campaign plans, global brand initiatives, and on‑property activations

Support the designated property spokesperson (GM) with strategic guidance, interview preparation, and media engagement facilitation
Develop and execute an annual awards strategy aligned with brand priorities
Act as a strategic advisor on crisis communications and reputation management

Guide CRM-driven acquisition and retention strategies
Oversee translation and localization of content
Lead, coach, and develop PR and Marketing team members
Build cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, and Finance
Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Commercial teams
Act as a key strategic partner on property, ensuring communications efforts advance both brand equity and measurable commercial outcomes

Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience in both public relations and marketing disciplines, ideally within luxury hospitality and/or luxury goods/services
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver measurable outcomes and optimize ROI
Skilled in managing agency relationships, including defining scopes, KPIs, and governance
Experience in overseeing paid media and SEO strategies, interpreting performance dashboards, and partnering with agencies to optimize initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
or equivalent experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in public relations and marketing, including leadership responsibilities
luxury hospitality or related industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

Strong creative judgment for evaluating visual and written content to ensure alignment with brand identity
