Senior Director role at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, responsible for leading PR and Marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, reputation management, and digital media to drive commercial outcomes and brand equity in a luxury hospitality setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and lead the annual PR and Marketing strategy and supporting channel plans aligned with commercial goals and property priorities
  • Lead the creation and execution of the integrated marketing and communications calendar, including campaign plans, global brand initiatives, and on‑property activations

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in both public relations and marketing disciplines, ideally within luxury hospitality and/or luxury goods/services
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver measurable outcomes and optimize ROI
  • Skilled in managing agency relationships, including defining scopes, KPIs, and governance
  • Experience in overseeing paid media and SEO strategies, interpreting performance dashboards, and partnering with agencies to optimize initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
