Job Description

The Senior Director of Product Management will be a thought leader who can drive strategy, innovation, and execution. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem-solver, and a strategic thinker who can take a bold approach to product development.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy aligned to company goals
  • Identify new opportunities across customer segments, markets, and workflows
  • Lead annual and semi-annual product planning cycles
  • Directly lead multiple Directors/Group PMs and indirectly oversee the entire PM organization
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing PM team
  • Establish consistent product management standards, operating rhythms, rituals, and evaluation frameworks
  • Ensure teams deliver high-quality product outcomes
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership
  • Stay deeply connected to customer needs, market dynamics, competitive forces, and emerging technologies
  • Drive customer-centric discovery practices
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps on product forecasting, packaging, pricing, and KPI analytics
  • Define and own product KPIs
  • Regularly present product strategy, roadmap, performance, and insights to executive leadership and the board

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years leading product teams
  • Proven success scaling product organizations and shipping products customers love
  • Strong experience in SaaS/platform products
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional strategic thinking paired with strong operational rigor
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, product analytics, and user-centered design
  • Ability to make hard decisions, simplify complexity, and align diverse teams around a common plan
  • Strong command of metrics—comfortable with revenue modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis
