Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing in New York to lead our high-performing team. In this role, you will own and evolve the product narrative, competitive positioning, category strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) orchestration across all product lines. This is not a traditional PMM leadership role. You will design and lead an AI-native function where agents and real-time signals handle synthesis, distribution, and adaptation — and humans retain ownership of judgment, positioning, and category narrative. You will architect the strategic spine, the agent workflows, and the governance model that makes this work. This role is ideal for a senior PMM leader ready to redesign how product marketing operates — replacing manual processes with continuous intelligence systems while maintaining the strategic craft that defines great PMM.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Positioning & Narrative — Human-Led, Agent-Informed: Own and refine the core product story and messaging framework. Design agent-assisted workflows that continuously test and adapt value propositions across segments and personas
  • Strategic Go-to-Market — Continuous Orchestration, Not Quarterly Launches: Architect always-on GTM infrastructure and agent-driven launch orchestration workflows that coordinate dependencies and adapt distribution based on real-time signals
  • Pricing, Packaging & Monetisation — Signal-Informed, Human-Decided: Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps. Design agent-powered competitive pricing monitoring that tracks market signals in real time
  • Customer, Competitive & Market Intelligence — Always-On, Agent-Operated: Replace periodic reviews with an always-on intelligence system. Build agent workflows that synthesise Voice-of-Customer signals into continuous insight streams
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Enablement — Dynamic Assets, Not Static Documents: Design an enablement system where core assets are agent-maintained and dynamically updated. Set the strategic framework for agent-assisted workflows to translate technical product capabilities into buyer value
  • PMM Team & Function Leadership — Designing the Human + Agent Operating Model: Design the human + agent operating model for the PMM function. Build AI fluency across the team and define PMM career paths that reflect strategic judgment and agent orchestration

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS
  • 8+ years leading PMM teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Hands on experience building Agentic tools and workflows that scale and automate PMM functions
  • Proven success launching technical SaaS products and driving multi-segment GTM strategies (hybrid PLG + SLG)
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and a deep understanding of SaaS monetisation, pricing, and packaging
  • Demonstrated experience designing workflows where agents handle execution within human-defined strategic frameworks
  • A clear point of view on what PMM humans should own vs. what agents should operate
  • Experience with adtech/martech, data, analytics, cloud platforms, BI tools, ETL/ELT, or data warehousing

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the workflows of Marketing Ops, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Growth teams
  • Experience building or operating agent-driven workflows for competitive intelligence, content generation, or GTM orchestration
  • Familiarity with AI agent platforms, prompt engineering principles, or workflow automation tools — not to build them, but to design and govern them effectively

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
  • Great work equipment, and home office allowance for those working in our fully remote locations
  • Health care benefit and leisure time insurance
  • Annual 1000 euros of personal learning budget
  • Sports and wellbeing allowance
  • 401K
