We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Operations to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role will oversee key organizational functions, driving operational excellence and aligning processes with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency, innovation, and growth across various departments, including facilities, HR, and product management.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes align with organizational goals and run efficiently
Lead and improve key operational areas such as facilities, event planning, product management, and HR
Drive strategic initiatives, including process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and integration of AI technologies into workflows
Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational performance and financial metrics
Provide leadership and oversight for a training facility, focusing on innovation, increased utilization, and sales growth
Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales strategies and achieve organizational objectives
Develop and implement strategic plans to support long-term growth and operational scalability
Partner with leadership on talent management strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals
Ensure office operations are optimized to meet organizational needs and goals
Assess and implement innovative solutions to address emerging business challenges and opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a strategic operations leader with at least 10 years in operations and 5 years in senior leadership roles
Track record of holding a Director of Operations or similar title with responsibility for day-to-day operations, process improvement, and strategic planning
Expertise in monitoring KPIs and driving operational efficiency
Strong background in talent management and developing strategies to attract and retain talent
Ability to lead and manage multi-site facilities, with a focus on innovation and growth
Familiarity with HR processes and frameworks, even in a dotted-line capacity
Experience in managing facilities and overseeing office operations
Nice to have:
Knowledge of IT strategy, executive leadership, and Agile methodologies is a plus
