Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Marketing to lead strategic growth initiatives, elevate brand presence, and maximize tour generation across our Orlando market operations. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive tour generation, increase brand awareness, and support sales efforts in the timeshare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OPC marketing strategies, in-house marketing operations, and a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical skills to ensure effective marketing programs and strong ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the marketing team in Orlando, focusing on generating qualified tours for our sales team through effective OPC and in-house marketing programs
develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and drive traffic to sales centers
oversee and optimize OPC programs, including staffing, training, and performance management of OPC agents, ensuring a high level of engagement and productivity
collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring consistent communication and smooth coordination between marketing and sales operations
analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring all campaigns meet or exceed established KPIs and ROI targets
mentor and coach marketing team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance
manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to budgets
stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the timeshare and vacation ownership industry
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing
at least 3 years in a leadership role within the timeshare or vacation ownership industry
extensive knowledge of OPC marketing strategies and in-house marketing operations
proven ability to drive tour generation
strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
