We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing who marries high-level growth strategy with a deep, tactical understanding of performance marketing. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for a growth architect who thrives on building scalable DTC engines. You won’t just sit in high-level strategy meetings—you will own our digital marketing ecosystem, optimize our multi-million dollar paid media spend, and build the growth loops that drive our marketplace footprint. Job Responsibility
Architect Growth Strategy: Own the end-to-end performance marketing roadmap, setting clear KPIs for customer acquisition, LTV, and CAC optimization
Scale Paid Media: Provide strategic oversight and tactical guidance for a high-spend paid ads budget across search, social, and programmatic channels
Conversion-Led Creative: Partner with creative teams to drive a high-velocity testing framework focused on conversion-centric design and performance assets
Marketplace Optimization: Leverage a deep understanding of two-sided marketplaces and DTC growth funnels to scale our local home services footprint
Data-Driven Execution: Turn real-time attribution data into actionable marketing campaigns, moving rapidly from insight to execution
Requirements
8+ years of digital marketing experience, with a heavy focus on DTC acquisition and/or tech-enabled marketplace dynamics
A track record of scaling high-velocity digital marketing budgets while improving efficiency (CAC/ROAS)
You have 'been there, done that' in a fast-growing environment and excel at building frameworks from scratch rather than waiting for a playbook
Deep fluency in modern growth tech stacks, attribution modeling, and platform mechanics
