Job Description

The Senior Director of Construction Operations and Project Management is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and execution of the construction portfolio. This role oversees the Construction and Project Management functions and ensures that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client experience. As a key member of the operational leadership team, the Senior Director is responsible for driving alignment across project management, field operations, logistics, and operational support functions to ensure seamless project delivery across the organization. This role plays a critical part in scaling operations, developing leadership talent, improving operational infrastructure, and strengthening Best Roofing’s position as the leading commercial roofing contractor in South Florida. The Senior Director serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing insight into operational performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term scalability.
