Senior position within the commercial organization that will focus on the identification and cultivation of professional relationships with commercial key opinions leaders (KOL) within the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) community and national and international patient advocacy groups. KOL engagement and planning will support commercial and marketing strategy, messaging, and educational needs through insight generation, advocacy collaboration, and strategic leadership of key initiatives such as advisory boards, speakers bureau development, congress activities, and other commercial initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with international, national, and regional Dermatology and Allergy KOLs
Lead commercial KOL influence-mapping initiatives
Solicit, monitor, and interpret pre-determined KOL insights
Act as a liaison between KOLs and Apogee
Compliantly align with field partners such as Medical Affairs
Collaborate with Marketing to provide insights to refine positioning and disease campaigns
Develop and execute strategies for KOL congress participation
Support identification of KOLs to develop national speaker bureau
Strategically assess execution of the speaker bureau
Compliantly lead the planning and execution of Apogee commercial advisory boards
Operate to the highest standards in alignment of Apogee’s code of ethics and compliance SOPs
Compliantly work with National and International Patient advocacy groups on sponsorships
Assist with the design and execution of market research projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of industry experience
Marketing or clinical experience in dermatology or a related therapeutic area a plus
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding expectations
