We are looking for an accomplished Senior Director of IT Infrastructure Delivery Services to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and execution for a large-scale retail environment in Edgewater Park, New Jersey. This role will guide high-performing teams and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate brings deep leadership experience across infrastructure domains, strong financial and vendor oversight capabilities, and the ability to drive modernization while maintaining service continuity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of enterprise infrastructure services, ensuring stable and efficient support for business-critical operations
  • Direct cross-functional teams and external service providers in executing large, complex infrastructure initiatives across multiple technology domains
  • Oversee core platforms such as network services, cloud environments, Windows and Linux systems, storage, backup, endpoint technologies, and monitoring solutions
  • Establish strong governance practices for programs and portfolios, aligning delivery priorities with business objectives, risk considerations, and budget targets
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, including performance reviews, contract discussions, and accountability for service quality at the executive level
  • Drive infrastructure standardization and operational maturity by promoting common services, consistent processes, and scalable support models across the organization
  • Lead response efforts during major incidents, providing steady decision-making and executive communication in high-impact situations
  • Partner with business and technology leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning to support long-term infrastructure goals
  • Support large platform implementations and end-user services initiatives, including complex changes within enterprise technology environments when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including substantial leadership responsibility in infrastructure delivery, operations, or transformation
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale infrastructure programs involving multiple vendors within large, complex organizations
  • Strong expertise across infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud platforms, Windows and Linux systems, storage, backup, endpoint management, and monitoring tools
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and technology investment decisions
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, Agile delivery approaches, and modern service delivery practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization
  • Experience supporting 24/7 business-critical environments, preferably within retail or similarly demanding industries
