Job Description

As the Investor Relations Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing FBIN’s investor relations strategy. You’ll be a key liaison between the company and the financial community—ensuring transparent, consistent, and compelling communication with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. This position is instrumental in strengthening investor confidence, enhancing market visibility, and supporting the company’s long-term financial reputation.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the VP of Finance and Investor Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with FBIN’s business goals
  • Integrate marketing, finance, and communications to deliver a clear and compelling narrative of FBIN’s performance and future outlook
  • Design and manage an annual investor relations roadmap that supports corporate strategy
  • Organize and participate in investor roadshows and targeted conferences alongside senior leadership

  • Safeguard and elevate FBIN’s credibility and market perception relative to peers and indices
  • Lead communications around financial results, strategic transactions, and other key business developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 10 plus years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications, with a demonstrated track record of leadership
  • 5+ years of management experience required
  • Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and investor engagement
  • Excellent strategic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and senior executives
  • Strong working knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements
