Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Advisor & Change Leader Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving HR strategies that accelerate business performance and organizational agility. Lead transformation initiatives with urgency and precision

  • Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Build and execute strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Implement succession planning, leadership development, and predictive workforce analytics

  • HR Leadership & Collaboration Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions in compensation, talent acquisition, DEI, and learning

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in strategic HRBP roles
  • 7+ years leading HR teams, including coaching and developing senior‑level HR professionals
  • Experience leading HR Shared Services / HR Operations / People Experience functions
  • Proven success driving large‑scale change management initiatives and enterprise-wide HR transformation
  • Ability to influence business decisions through data, insights, and predictive workforce analytics
  • Deep understanding of HR Shared Services operating models, including: HRIS / systems optimization, Service delivery frameworks, Case management and tiered service structures
  • Experience building or improving process efficiency, standardization, and scalability across HR functions
  • Ability to collaborate with COEs (Compensation, Talent, DEI, Total Rewards) and Shared Services to implement seamless, integrated people solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
  • Ability to influence senior executives and lead through complexity
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Deep knowledge of org design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Skilled at diagnosing issues and creating bold, practical solutions
