We are looking for a Senior Director, Growth, who will be a hands-on operator to own and scale the systems that drive pipeline and revenue. This role is responsible for building, operating, and optimizing our go-to-market infrastructure across outbound, inbound, lifecycle, and analytics. You will be in the tools daily, designing workflows, launching programs, debugging data, and diagnosing what is and isn’t working. Success is measured in MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, and closed-won revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Build, operate, and continuously optimize the GTM tech stack, including Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, Nooks, Make, and related tools
Design and launch scalable outbound and inbound systems that directly generate qualified pipeline
Partner tightly with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate real customer and rep feedback into systems that perform in production
Own pipeline and revenue performance, with clear accountability for pipeline, conversion rates, and deal creation
Instrument, monitor, and debug analytics across the funnel, investigating anomalies, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes
Architect and maintain CRM workflows, automation, attribution, and data models in HubSpot and Salesforce
Implement and operationalize core marketing motions such as ABM, SEO, AEO, lifecycle, and outbound in a measurable, repeatable way
Establish fast experimentation loops: launch, measure, learn, iterate
Requirements:
Strong technical foundation
a computer science degree is highly preferred
Proven ability to work directly in modern GTM tooling and CRMs at scale
Highly analytical, with the ability to investigate data issues and performance gaps independently
Product-minded builder who obsesses over outcomes & speed
