We’re seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative marketing leader to lead global campaign strategy and fuel the demand engine at 1Password. This critical leader will translate company growth targets into actionable campaign strategies and ensures our campaigns, programs, and tactics drive measurable pipeline impact across regions and segments. The Senior Director, Global Campaigns, reporting to the VP, Demand Gen & Growth, will lead a high-performing team responsible for orchestrating data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that accelerate new logo acquisition, expansion and cross-sell across all customer segments globally at scale. This high-impact strategic role will act as the cross-functional marketing leader, aligning teams across Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to deliver cohesive, pipeline-driving go-to-market programs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Global Campaign & Lifecycle Strategy with Pipeline Accountability
Set global campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced pipeline targets and take accountability for delivery against quarterly and annual goals
Translate company growth objectives into clear pipeline plans spanning acquisition, deal acceleration, expansion, and cross-sell
Define how lifecycle and email marketing programs support pipeline creation, deal progression, increased deal size, and customer expansion
Build pipeline forecasts and pacing models in close partnership with Marketing Analytics and RevOps, connecting campaign strategy, lifecycle motions, and expected outcomes
Build & Scale a High-Performing Team
Build, hire and develop a global team of campaign and lifecycle marketers, setting clear expectations tied to pipeline and closed/won outcomes
Lead cross-functionally through influence as well as authority, enabling alignment and accountability across teams that do not directly report into this role
Establish scalable frameworks for campaign planning, lifecycle orchestration, execution, measurement, and optimization
Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and performance, with a strong bias toward business impact
Lead Integrated, Cross-Functional Go-to-Market Programs
Serve as a key cross-functional marketing leader who brings together Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Regional Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps around shared pipeline objectives
Drive alignment across marketing functions to ensure campaign, lifecycle, content, and launch efforts are planned and executed as a cohesive system rather than siloed initiatives
Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to translate positioning and narratives into campaign and lifecycle programs that resonate across regions and segments
Align closely with Revenue & Segment Marketing to ensure marketing efforts support account strategies, deal acceleration, expansion, and cross-sell motions
Define and take accountability for achieving success metrics for global campaigns and lifecycle programs, with a focus on pipeline contribution, velocity, deal size, and expansion
Develop and communicate the campaign and lifecycle performance insights that underpin pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, QBRs, and executive updates, in partnership with RevOps and cross-functional leaders
Use performance data and insights to guide investment decisions, prioritize initiatives, and close pipeline gaps
Lead the campaign and lifecycle budget planning and allocation process, reallocating resources based on ROI and pipeline performance
Requirements:
15+ years of marketing leadership with significant experience driving global, cross-channel campaign strategies and demand generation in B2B SaaS or adjacent industries
Demonstrated experience achieving pipeline and revenue targets
Experience acting as a unifying force across marketing functions, bringing structure, clarity, and cohesion to complex, multi-team go-to-market efforts
Strong financial and analytical acumen — able to translate strategy into pipeline math and ROI
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared revenue outcomes
Proven track record building and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong analytical mindset with deep experience using data to shape decisions and optimize campaigns
Excellent storytelling and communication skills — capable of influencing executive stakeholders
Experience managing lifecycle and demand generation campaigns at scale
