Job Description

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit, Pricing Administration, and Finance Business Excellence (Lean) functions. This role is a key driver of the company’s financial transformation agenda—designing the operating model, optimizing global resourcing, and delivering world‑class service to business units across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide overall leadership to the Finance Business Services (FBS) organization
  • Lead the global outsourcing (BPO) strategy for AP, AR, Credit, and related processes
  • Continue the multi-year transformation of the company’s order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
  • Drive process harmonization, standardization, and technology enablement
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for all FBS functions
  • Lead and develop the Finance Business Excellence (FBE) team
  • Ensure the FBE team drives critical CAO‑sponsored projects and transformation initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Accounting, Finance, Sales, IT, and cross-functional leaders
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to expand our offshore partner’s scope of services
  • Establish KPIs for critical functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA or comparable non-U.S. certification is required
  • 10-15 years of related Business, Accounting, and Finance experience
  • 8+ years of management/people leadership experience required
  • ERP system experience required
  • Proven knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process re-engineering, program management and technology implementation

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • 15+ years of experience preferred
  • Experience with non-U.S. statutory accounting and/or International Financial Reporting Standards is preferred
