Job Responsibility

  • Drive Wellbeing financial excellence: Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to enhance operational excellence while overseeing financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions
  • Manage strategic initiatives: Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and implement performance improvement initiatives while evaluating investments in tooling and staffing
  • Support business development: Lead financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while providing financial oversight for large client implementations
  • Optimize vendor relationships: Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability while partnering with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Serve as key Wellbeing Leadership Team member, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making while supporting operational capacity planning
  • Lead pricing strategy: Develop and own pricing frameworks for Wellbeing services, including maintaining comprehensive Wellbeing pricing models and ensuring alignment with margin targets
  • Own the metrics that matter: Define and track the KPIs behind Wellbeing performance — member engagement and participation rates, product margin, and retention and renewal economics — and turn them into decisions leadership can act on

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance related field
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in similar finance leadership position
  • 7+ years progressive responsibility with demonstrated leadership abilities through work progression

Nice to have

  • Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools to speed up financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Experience producing results using varied media including MS Office formats and dashboard/visualization tools
  • Master's degree
