By leveraging composable automation frameworks and embedded AI capabilities, this role will help shift the organization toward more proactive, context-aware operations that reduce friction and accelerate outcomes. A key component of this role is enabling a broader set of teams to design and deploy their own workflows, supported by guardrails and shared platforms, while ensuring efforts are focused on meaningful, high-impact business outcomes.

  • Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities
  • Enable a shift toward self-service and guided experiences that reduce reliance on manual intake and specialized intervention
  • Champion the democratization of automation by equipping business users with intuitive tools to build and manage workflows
  • Establish governance models that balance flexibility with control, enabling safe and scalable automation across the organization
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on orchestration architecture, platform strategy, and delivery
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, cost, and business impact

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise workflow automation, orchestration, or service transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern automation ecosystems, including low-code/no-code platforms, integrations, and API-driven architectures

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
