Job Description:

Senior Director role owning the strategic roadmap, budget and management of G&A business systems supporting Sales, Marketing and finance, leading digital transformation to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the strategic roadmap, budget and day-to-day management of G&A business systems supporting Sales, Marketing and finance systems
  • Collaborates with executive/senior leadership to develop and communicate clear digital transformation strategy
  • Leads the implementation of digital technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
  • Ensures seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and automation platforms, and workflow optimization solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for process redesign
  • Ensure application governance, data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal controls and SOX processes
  • Lead system and vendor evaluations, platform assessments, and RFP processes
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for SaaS platforms and service providers
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing Business Applications team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives
