Job Description

Senior Director with complete ownership and responsibility of Product Management, Product Engineering and Product Delivery for our customer’s products.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 18+ Years experience
  • Complete ownership of Product Management, Product Engineering and Product Delivery
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts

  • Client management with articulation, detailing and negotiation skills
  • Coordinating client interactions for product requirement grooming and detailing
  • Driving proposals, presales activities, making commercial decisions
  • Experience in Product Management and Product Engineering in Web/Mobile technologies
  • Knowledge about Branching Strategies, CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, Unit Testing through Code, Automated Review Gates, NFR management, Cloud services
  • Handling end to end project delivery in Agile Methodology
  • Hands on experience in Product Grooming, Agile Ceremonies
  • Excellent Project Management skills including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials and Quality
  • Experience in managing teams of size > 40
  • Experience in leading Agile teams
  • Adequate technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Willingness to Travel to client sites (overseas/domestic) for short – medium duration (1-3 weeks)
