Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Data Science - Acquisition & Retention to build and lead a centralized data science organization responsible for driving measurable, incremental Subscriber Growth and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or decision science, including senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success delivering business-critical ML systems with direct revenue or CLV impact
  • Deep expertise in customer modeling, retention analytics, and growth optimization
  • Strong experience operationalizing models into production environments
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior business leaders

Nice to have:

  • Experience building personalization or recommendation systems at scale
  • Familiarity with advanced optimization approaches beyond traditional experimentation
  • Background in growth, marketing science, or lifecycle management
