We are seeking a Senior Director of Data Science - Acquisition & Retention to build and lead a centralized data science organization responsible for driving measurable, incremental Subscriber Growth and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or decision science, including senior leadership roles
Demonstrated success delivering business-critical ML systems with direct revenue or CLV impact
Deep expertise in customer modeling, retention analytics, and growth optimization
Strong experience operationalizing models into production environments
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior business leaders
Nice to have:
Experience building personalization or recommendation systems at scale
Familiarity with advanced optimization approaches beyond traditional experimentation
Background in growth, marketing science, or lifecycle management
Experience leading centralized data science teams in complex, cross-functional organizations
