Job Description:

At Allianz Life, we are driven by our mission – we secure your future – and by our common goal of caring for tomorrow. The Senior Director Compensation will help shape the future of Allianz Life's compensation strategy, lead a team, and oversee projects at local, regional, and global levels.

Job Responsibility:

develop and implement compensation strategies that support goals
lead the design and management of sales compensation plans
lead a team of compensation professionals and provide coaching, mentoring, and support
oversee and participate in compensation-related projects
build partnerships with stakeholders across the organization
represent Allianz Life at Compensation Committee and other governance meetings
lead the design and proactive execution of annual performance and compensation processes
utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working in a matrixed local and global organization
experience succeeding in an evolving environment of change
well-developed industry knowledge
experience developing partnerships with partners
experience leading, developing, and delivering project
prior experience managing teams and developing talent
experience designing and implementing sales compensation plans
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship now or in the future
