We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand operating at the intersection of toys, entertainment and licensing, a business with huge cultural relevance and ambitious growth plans across EMEA. They are now looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations to take full ownership of the commercial engine behind that growth. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly into the EMEA leadership team, responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end commercial operations across the region. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, connecting Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer teams & ensuring the organisation is set up to scale efficiently, profitably and with precision.
Job Responsibility:
Leadership of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, driving accuracy, efficiency and cash flow improvement
Ownership of customer operations, compliance and onboarding across EMEA
Development of commercial analytics, forecasting and performance insight to support decision-making
Oversight of flow planning, pricing governance and stock allocation strategy
Driving operational excellence across customer service, fulfilment and execution
Leading training, capability building and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing and developing a high-performing, multi-functional team
Acting as a key partner to Sales in supporting strategic accounts and revenue delivery
Requirements:
Senior leadership experience across Sales Operations / Customer Operations in FMCG, consumer or retail-led environments
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, compliance, and commercial analytics
Experience operating in international, matrix organisations
A track record of driving transformation and improving operational performance
The ability to influence at senior level and lead through complexity
Comfort balancing strategic thinking with executional delivery
