Job Responsibility

Hybrid Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive strategy that bridges the gap between public cloud adoption and core on-premises modernization. Determine the optimal placement for workloads to balance cost, performance, and agility across the enterprise.
Organizational Transformation & Design: Lead the long-term workforce planning and organizational restructuring required to transition from legacy operations to modern engineering. This includes managing the strategic reduction of legacy hardware footprints while upskilling staff for a 'Cloud First' and 'Infrastructure-as-Code' operating model.
Executive Strategy & Financial Stewardship: Act as the primary owner for the total I&O compute budget (CapEx & OpEx). Move beyond simple budget management to define Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models that guide C-level decisions on where to place workloads (Public vs. Private) to achieve the highest business value.
Cloud Platform Engineering: Direct the development of scalable cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and automation tools (IaC, CI/CD) that enable engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently.
