Cloud Solution Architect Manager (Cloud & AI). As an Cloud & AI Solution Architect Manager you will run a team of Cloud & AI Solution Architects who enable customers to achieve their goals and outcomes - based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your expertise of leading technical teams, you will drive the team to ensure customers get value from their Microsoft investments. You and your team will have responsibility for driving key infrastructure technologies and concepts such as Azure Infrastructure, SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Data Science, AI/ML and plenty more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
  • The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions

Nice to have

  • Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft Azure Technologies, AI certifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery
  • 4 + years of experience driving change management or technical adoption
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft Azure Solutions
  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
