We are seeking a strategic, client-centric leader to serve as Senior Director of Client Solutions for our portfolios. This individual will be responsible for driving client success, portfolio growth, and operational excellence across a diverse set of enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, a passion for workforce innovation, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the senior sponsor and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value clients
Understand client business goals and industry trends to shape workforce strategies that drive measurable outcomes
Lead executive engagements to ensure alignment and satisfaction and support quarterly business reviews
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services, increase share of wallet, and introduce new solutions across accounts
Collaborate with delivery teams to design and implement scalable, industry-aligned solutions within portfolio
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address risks or gaps
Lead and mentor a team of Program Directors and/or Program Managers
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Champion industry alignment and subject matter expertise across the team
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality MSP and workforce solutions
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, optimize performance, and demonstrate value to clients
Maintain strong governance and compliance across all programs
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within workforce solutions, talent strategy, or consulting
Deep understanding of the Consumer Goods and/or Business Services industries
Proven success managing large, complex client portfolios and leading cross-functional teams
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence
Experience with MSP, RPO, SOW, or other workforce solutions preferred
