This is a critical, full-time temporary contract role serving as maternity coverage for two concurrent team members. This position is essential for maintaining momentum and providing seamless support to our high-value client base during the coverage period. The successful completion of this maternity coverage temporary contract is intended to lead to a full-time, permanent role on the Brand Partnerships team.
Job Responsibility:
Build, grow, and manage key brand direct, agency, and platform relationships to drive significant revenue growth within our North America business
Manage the full sales cycle and relationship across key verticals: Tech & Apps and Dining & QSR (Jan 2026 – June 2026) and Food & Beverage (April 2026 – June 2026)
Build new relationships and generate new pipeline across all three designated verticals throughout the contract
Achieve seamless account transition, relationship continuity, and the protection of existing revenue streams across the assigned verticals
Stabilize revenue & close key renewals
Establish cross-functional synergy with Client Services, Creative/Strategy partners
Aggressively grow and develop existing brand and agency relationships to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Strategically identify new opportunities within the existing client base and proactively build a qualified new business pipeline
Own the end-to-end sales process from initial strategic outreach through pitching, negotiation, closing, and securing renewals
Provide accurate and timely weekly reporting and sales forecasting
Ideate, build, and present tailored strategic action plans for both retained clients and new prospects
Proactively track and report on competitor activity and market shifts
Partner closely with the VP, Partnerships to execute on sales strategies
Work directly with the VP, Partnerships and the VP, Client Services to ensure and maintain a consistently high level of client service and satisfaction
Ensure meticulous documentation and handoff preparation
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of successful experience in digital advertising sales
Ideally with direct exposure to influencer marketing and high-value brand partnerships
Strong, verifiable track record of consistently delivering and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals
Ability to strategically build, manage, and accelerate a healthy sales pipeline
Significant experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies
Strong client relationship-building skills
Proven experience or deep understanding of selling into the key verticals: Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage
Skilled in comprehensive sales strategy
Ability to assess the current business landscape, understand competitive dynamics, and outline clear steps for market share acquisition and revenue execution
Excellent proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence and ability to articulate complex strategies to C-level internal and external stakeholders
Strong command of sales finance, targets, forecasting, and the commercial levers necessary to drive profitable growth
Proven ability to act as a self-starter, taking immediate control of commercial opportunities, demonstrating high accountability, and operating with minimal day-to-day oversight
