We're looking for a Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Communications to lead a cross functional marketing and communications function and connect it directly to business growth. This role requires someone who operates fluently in two directions: with executives and business leaders, you're the person who connects brand to business—bringing audience insight, storytelling, and digital experience into rooms where the conversation is about revenue, OKRs, and growth. With your team, you're a mentor and a builder—directly managing specialists in social media, PR/communications, and creative, setting clear expectations, nurturing careers, and helping each person see how their day-to-day work connects to the company's broader goals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and a people-first leader. They can pressure test a content strategy, shape a communications plan, guide a social campaign, coach someone through a tough quarter, and present to executives—all in the same week. They understand that modern marketing spans traditional channels, AI-powered discovery, and evolving audience behaviors, and they know how to help a team adapt with confidence. This role is responsible for bringing together digital marketing, SEO, AEO, AI discovery, social, email, content, lifecycle, web, analytics, integrated campaigns, communications strategy, and executive messaging into a unified strategy that drives measurable outcomes.
