Rapid7 is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to lead our global brand strategy and elevate our market presence. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the narrative of Rapid7, driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for overseeing brand identity, corporate communications, public relations, and social media, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand experience that resonates with our customers and the cybersecurity industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global brand strategy that aligns with Rapid7's business objectives and market positioning
  • Oversee all aspects of corporate communications, including executive communications, internal communications, and crisis management
  • Lead the public relations and analyst relations programs to increase share of voice and enhance Rapid7's reputation as a thought leader in cybersecurity
  • Manage and evolve Rapid7's brand identity and creative standards, ensuring consistency across all channels and regions
  • Drive the social media strategy to build community engagement and amplify brand messaging
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and People Strategy, to integrate brand initiatives into broader company programs

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring brand impact and ROI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
