Job Description

We're looking for a senior brand builder to own B2B brand marketing across Bilt's three partner pillars: real estate, merchant, and dining. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with a mandate to define how Bilt shows up as a brand with its most important external audiences — and to make Bilt the clear hospitality winner in the market. You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with GMs and business leads to move away from reactive, one-off marketing requests toward a proactive, strategic brand function. The current model is fragmented; you'll be the person who fixes that. You'll set the strategy, raise the creative bar, and leverage shared company resources — events, design, and content — to execute with consistency and intention. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll set the vision and roll up your sleeves.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and own the overarching B2B brand marketing strategy across real estate, merchant, and dining partners
  • Concept and lead brand campaigns, activations, and experiences that drive awareness and excitement among B2B audiences — proactively, not reactively
  • Position Bilt as a premium hospitality brand in the minds of key partner audiences and the broader industry
  • Serve as brand strategy counsel to the CMO and senior stakeholders, shaping how Bilt shows up externally across all partner segments
  • Identify white space opportunities to build brand equity with prospective partners and deepen affinity with existing ones
  • Design standout partner launch strategies that generate cultural moments and reflect well on both Bilt and the partner
  • Determine which industry conferences, speaking opportunities, or owned moments Bilt should invest in — and build toward them
  • Partner with GMs and business leads to translate their goals into the right marketing solutions, replacing ad hoc asset requests with a more thoughtful, centralized process
  • Direct the Events, Content, and Design teams as a strategic lead — setting direction and ensuring all output is on-brand, purposeful, and high quality
  • Collaborate with product marketing and paid teams to align messaging and amplify campaigns across partner-facing channels
  • Manage budgets and demonstrate ROI across B2B brand programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, B2B marketing, or partner marketing
  • A clear track record of personally shaping and elevating a brand — not just executing within one
  • Strong instincts for creative quality and brand consistency, with the ability to set and hold a high bar
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — written, verbal, and visual
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist
  • Evidence of having joined a company at an important stage and materially moving the brand forward

Nice to have

  • Background in consumer, CPG, or tech with strong brand DNA
  • Experience in hospitality, loyalty, fintech, or real estate
  • Familiarity with the partnership or B2B ecosystem (real estate operators, restaurant groups, fitness brands, etc.)
  • Experience building or launching industry-facing thought leadership programs

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with equity and performance bonus program
  • Health insurance from day one with One Medical Membership, wellness stipends, family programs
  • 401k plan with a match
  • Commuter FSAs
  • UNLIMITED PTO
  • Exclusive Employee only Bilt Points
