This company combines local market expertise with global operational scale to provide world-class digital infrastructure across Japan.■Role OverviewYou will own and execute the Acquisition & Investment (A&I) strategy, leading the entire investment lifecycle from origination to execution. This senior leadership role involves sourcing value-add opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and managing high-level relationships with shareholders and external partners to drive portfolio growth.■Main tasks include:・Lead acquisition, divestiture, and JV transactions in Japan・Source value-add deal opportunities and develop pipeline・Structure and negotiate complex transaction documents・Present investment recommendations to senior management and shareholders・Direct all aspects of due diligence and closing processes・Analyze portfolio yield and identify assets for disposition・Mentor the Asset Management team on capital expenditures#LI-Onsite#LI-KN
