This Senior Director- Capacity Planning Role will support our E2E planning and analytics to support long‑range data center growth. This role owns the development of analytical models, scenario planning, supports risk mitigation, and the creation of insights that influence strategic decisions. The leader will partner closely with engineering, execution, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership to ensure capacity plans are aligned to customer demand and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with senior executives to translate business goals into actionable planning requirements and analytics roadmaps
  • Ensure capacity plans incorporate redundancy, resiliency, risk buffers, and cost efficiency considerations
  • Build and scale analytics solutions, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that enable clear visibility into demand, supply, risks, and capacity health
  • Translate complex data into executive‑ready insights and recommendations
  • Lead root‑cause analysis for forecast variances and supply/capacity gaps
  • drive corrective action plans
  • Support KPIs such as forecast accuracy, supply cycle times, capacity availability, and planning effectiveness
  • Work with partners to ensure supply timelines align with capacity needs
  • Drive continuous improvement across forecasting, planning, and analytics processes
  • Champion automation, digitization, and advanced analytics capabilities to increase speed and accuracy
