Job Description

Position2 is seeking a Director of Marketing & Product Marketing to own and scale our full marketing function. This leader will define our brand narrative, lead go-to-market strategy, and drive demand generation—especially through account-based marketing (ABM)—to fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, product marketing, ABM, and GTM strategy, and who is excited to build a modern, AI-powered marketing engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Position2’s service offerings
  • Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new offerings, vertical solutions, and capabilities
  • Lead offering launches, including messaging frameworks, internal enablement, and external activation
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and supporting collateral
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to sharpen differentiation and market relevance
  • Partner closely with Sales to refine GTM strategy and messaging based on ABM insights, prospect feedback, and win/loss analysis
  • Design and lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise and high-value accounts
  • Align closely with Sales to define ICPs, target accounts, buying groups, and account-level engagement strategies
  • Build integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and sales activation to drive account progression and pipeline impact
  • Establish goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Own Position2’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all channels
  • Build and scale marketing infrastructure, processes, and analytics to support GTM and ABM execution
  • Manage the agency website, SEO/AIO presence, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Oversee social media strategy, with emphasis on LinkedIn and executive visibility
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team as Position2 grows

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with significant product marketing leadership
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, AI, or enterprise services
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM launches and scaling ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Exceptional storytelling ability—skilled at crafting narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers
  • Experience building and leading marketing teams
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and enthusiasm for how AI is transforming marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
