Job Description

Labcorp, a Forbes 2025 “Best Large Employer,” is looking for a visionary data leader to join our Global Insights team in Bangalore. As Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics, you’ll implement the strategy for how Labcorp leverages data to drive marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and enterprise growth. Labcorp’s Global Insights team is responsible for generating data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, answer business questions, and help us better serve our customers. The role provides an opportunity for a data-driven executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. This role reports functionally to the VP of Global Insights based in United States and is a key part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), based in Bangalore, India.

Job Responsibility

  • Marketing Analytics Vision & Roadmap: Implement Labcorp’s long-term marketing analytics strategy, integrating market, product, and customer intelligence

Requirements

  • 15+ years in analytics, with 10+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of shaping and executing marketing data strategies in Fortune 500 settings
  • Ability to lead multiple project teams across multiple time zones with minimal supervision
  • Expertise in advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Experience integrating commercial, digital and other data sources to drive insights and business action
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of turning analytics into actionable stories that move stakeholders
  • Capable of collaborating on strategic vision, and the tactical roadmap to deliver this vision, and converting data from insights to action
  • Analysis, modeling, and visualization of large, complex, and heterogeneous data sets
  • Working knowledge of data architecture principles and components
  • Experience with large data sets/ data warehouses, including the ability to extract data from data sets using advanced scripting or SQL
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge of: Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, and / or similar customer data platforms
  • Visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
  • Eloqua, SalesForce, Adobe and other martech platforms
  • Ability to leverage Python, R, or SAS to help facilitate predictive analytics
  • Experience with ETL and/or data prep tools, Databricks and/or PySpark
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and verbal presentation. Strong communicator and experience using data to tell a story
  • Attention to detail and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, or Business, Master’s degree a strong plus
