Our client, a mission-driven organization in the health tech space, is seeking a Senior Director – HRBP to support its corporate and sales functions. This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves HR leader with experience supporting technical and corporate functions and a proven ability to influence at the executive level. This individual thrives in fast-paced, less structured environments, is highly data-driven, and is passionate about building scalable people practices that support growth and innovation.
