Job Description

As a Senior Digital Strategist at BRIGHTSCOUT, you will oversee website and branding initiatives to ensure our digital experiences drive real, measurable results. You will collaborate closely with Brand Strategists, the Messaging team, Designers, and Developers to translate positioning into clear narratives, high-performing website architecture, and cohesive activation campaigns across every digital touchpoint. You will connect strategy to performance — aligning brand expression, SEO/AEO, content structure, technical implementation, and conversion pathways to pipeline goals. Through data, experimentation, and continuous optimization, you’ll ensure our work doesn’t just look exceptional — it drives growth, improves lead quality, and strengthens market position for our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead website and digital experience audits to identify positioning, structural, and performance gaps
  • Translate brand strategy into clear website architecture and conversion pathways
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of brand activation campaigns, collaborating closely with Brand Strategists and the Messaging team, tying performance back to pipeline and growth metrics
  • Own and implement SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, structural), conducting keyword and intent research aligned to ICPs, buyer journeys, and business goals
  • Lead AEO strategy by structuring content for AI-driven and answer-based search environments, ensuring visibility across both traditional search and emerging discovery platforms
  • Analyze analytics and performance data to uncover friction, drop-off, and growth opportunities
  • Develop CRO roadmaps, testing hypotheses, and post-launch optimization plans
  • Ensure alignment between brand positioning, content strategy, and funnel performance
  • Support pre-sales with strategic digital POVs and performance-driven recommendations
  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive-level conversations with confidence and strategic clarity

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, growth strategy, or integrated marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing ecosystems, particularly within technology or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with leading CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive) to manage pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to build event tracking frameworks, analyze funnels, and drive data-informed growth decisions
  • Experience using CRO and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar) to run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and improve conversion performance
  • Expertise with SEO and search optimization tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Surfer, Google Search Console) and modern AEO strategies to improve organic visibility across traditional and AI-driven search engines
  • Proven experience aligning brand, website, content, and performance initiatives into cohesive digital systems
  • Experience leading client workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with clear communication and structured storytelling
  • Ability to operate independently, define frameworks from scratch, and drive clarity in complex environments
