This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and do-er, who helps clients unlock their full digital potential and build lasting success. In this role, you’ll connect business ambition with creative and technological expertise to craft multi-year strategies that drive impact. You’ll define the vision for multiple clients, translating ambitions into bold but simple strategies, digital experiences (websites, apps, features, journeys), actionable roadmaps that guide cross-functional teams toward meaningful results.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Agency or consultancy experience
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and guiding multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Ability to simplify the complex and communicate thinking with confidence
  • Strong grasp of digital: from platforms and products to brand experience and emerging tech
  • Ability to switch between high-level thinking and pragmatic execution
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with a drive for creativity and innovation
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and bring creative energy to every challenge
  • Working proficiency in English as well as Dutch or Danish language
