Lead the strategic direction of digital sales analytics for TUI's UK&I region, transforming data into commercial insight that drives growth and shapes decision-making across our digital channels.

  • You'll set the strategic direction for how insight drives digital sales performance across UK&I, elevating measurement standards and strengthening our data-driven trading capability
  • Leading the interpretation of digital sales performance, you'll guide commercial decision-making through regular reporting that highlights key trends and opportunities across our digital channels
  • Shape cross-platform insight across web and app by directing analysis of behavioural shifts and identifying structural trends that influence trading strategy and channel performance
  • Oversee analysis of discounting, promotional mechanics, and pricing shifts to inform senior commercial optimization, providing forward-looking recommendations ahead of trading cycles
  • Partner with Merchandising, Optimisation & Personalisation teams to support A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring robust insight underpins optimization decisions and translates into clear recommendations
  • Act as the senior analytical voice for Digital Sales, presenting strategic insights to leadership and building strong relationships across Sales, Product, CRO, Trading and central teams
