Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 10 years in project management or aerospace
Familiar with Program/Project Management processes and principles
Sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience
Professional attitude and superior communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
Natural leadership and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Naturally curious and willing to increase technical knowledge

Job Responsibility

Manage projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
Lead and coordinate Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews

Requirements

Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment
Practical understanding of the WordPress platform
Proven track record of deescalating project risks by working with team and leadership
Roles and responsibilities have been primarily client facing
Effective leader of cross-discipline project teams
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Job Responsibility

Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 - 7 active projects
Exhibit senior-level ownership over all project scopes/plans, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management and iterative scope / expectation management
Track and analyze project progress and budget burn
Work with group and project leadership to escalate concerns and/or risks
Ensure superior quality deliverables by collaboratively engaging cross-discipline leadership
Enforce rigorous QA processes and standards
Lead discovery engagements (onsite and remotely) that expertly define cross-discipline project requirements
Demonstrate an expert understanding of underlying client business goals and objectives
Identify strategic opportunities to engage with the Fueled
Proactively recognize and realize opportunities to deepen client partnerships and expand account value
