With a full pipeline of projects, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Digital Project Manager. In this role you will take ownership of high-impact global digital projects. Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met
Drive alignment across business functions, IT, external partners, and senior stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and decision-making processes
Manage, risks, dependencies, and project reporting to leadership
Ensure strong change management, communication, and global adoption of digital solutions
Contribute actively to our digital strategy, ways of working, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Min. 7 years experience in leading large-scale commercial or digital projects, ideally within global MedTech, Healthcare or B2B environment
Exceptional project leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and execution, delivering on time and within scope
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functional teams across geographies
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Master’s degree or MBA degree in a business-related field required
Nice to have:
Familiarity with digital platforms such as Salesforce.com, LMS systems, Content Management System and similar tools is a plus
