In our newly established Service Operational Excellence team, we are responsible for rolling out the digital projects in our Impact4 strategy. With a full pipeline of projects, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Digital Project Manager. In this role you will take ownership of high-impact global digital projects. Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met
  • Drive alignment across business functions, IT, external partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and decision-making processes
  • Manage, risks, dependencies, and project reporting to leadership
  • Ensure strong change management, communication, and global adoption of digital solutions
  • Contribute actively to our digital strategy, ways of working, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Min. 7 years experience in leading large-scale commercial or digital projects, ideally within global MedTech, Healthcare or B2B environment
  • Exceptional project leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and execution, delivering on time and within scope
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Master’s degree or MBA degree in a business-related field required

Nice to have

Familiarity with digital platforms such as Salesforce.com, LMS systems, Content Management System and similar tools is a plus
