Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager that will work within our SDI Digital Capabilities team to deliver our next generation experience platform for Commercial Bank Customers. This group developer tools, platforms, experiences and services that provide foundational capabilities for WF product & application development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Independently resolve complex issues
Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Requirements:

4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Product Lifecycle Management (PLC) across multiple teams in collaboration with leadership

Nice to have:

4+ years working with cross functional product teams to deliver digital products
Portfolio or Program Management and familiarity working with Scrum or Agile teams (i.e. developer customers & technical stakeholders)
Strategic planning, journey or road mapping
Excellent written & verbal communication at multiple levels along with presentation (PPT)
OKR's & Reporting proficiency (i.e. Excel, PowerBI or similar) and delivery
Organized & refined backlogs cross-functionally with multiple teams
Experience with platform development for end-users & internal customers
Versant in SDLC and agile delivery methods
Strong understanding of agile project management and different frameworks and any corresponding certifications (i.e. SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
