This is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming the performance and experience of Virgin Atlantic’s digital web ecosystem — from inspiration through to booking — across all digital channels. You will define and lead the end-to-end web strategy, ensuring our website delivers seamless, inspiring and commercially successful journeys that reflect our premium brand. You will be responsible for ensuring we innovate at pace maximising the benefit of GenAI capabilities. With a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial performance, you will create a high-impact roadmap that brings together flights, holidays, loyalty and content into one cohesive experience. You will be accountable for delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, conversion and business value. Leading a multidisciplinary team of internal and external experts across product, design, engineering, marketing and analytics, you will ensure the platform consistently exceeds customer expectations. You will continuously evaluate and apply the latest GenAI developments, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation. This role has direct leadership responsibility for Digital Product Managers / Owners and the Design team. You will set the vision for product and design excellence, accessibility, usability and consistency across platforms, embedding design throughout the product development lifecycle to drive tangible business outcomes. As a senior digital leader, you will represent Digital Product at senior forums, influencing decision-making at SLT and Executive level, while building a high-performing, inclusive and future-focused team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for the web experience, from inspiration to booking
