As part of the E-commerce Product & Experience team, the Senior Digital Product Designer plays a key role in improving the online customer journey, working closely with the Digital Product Designer to ensure all touchpoints are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with Hunkemöller's digital brand identity.
Job Responsibility
Execute end-to-end product design across web and app, from discovery through delivery
Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer-centric and conversion-optimized journeys
Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints
Drive continuous optimization through data-informed design decisions
Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Digital Product Designer
Strong experience across the full design cycle: research, discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and validation
Proven experience in e-commerce, combining optimization and innovation
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile experiences
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions
Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-first and commercially driven mindset
