Acting as the operational deputy to the Head of Digital Marketing & Customer Strategy and representing the performance marketing function on relevant committees
End-to-end responsibility for key areas of the global performance marketing strategy and ensuring its implementation across brands and markets
Managing and optimising all paid performance channels (including SEA, paid social, display, metasearch and affiliate), including budget responsibility
Planning, implementing and continuously optimising cross-channel campaigns in national and international markets
Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and investment and reallocation decisions to maximise ROI
Managing and developing agency partnerships, whilst ensuring clear governance structures, processes and quality standards
Working closely with internal stakeholders (including Brand, Product, CRM and Analytics) to coordinate campaigns, the customer journey and commercial priorities
Requirements
A degree in business administration (ideally with a specialisation in marketing) or equivalent qualification
Several years’ experience in online and performance marketing, ideally in international or multi-brand environments
In-depth expertise in paid search, paid media platforms and MarTech, as well as the ability to manage agencies and stakeholders on an equal footing
Experience in managing and overseeing larger online marketing budgets, including making independent commercial decisions
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to derive well-founded actions
A strategic, entrepreneurial and strongly performance-oriented approach to work, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility and decisiveness
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to exert targeted influence on various stakeholder groups
Openness to AI-driven optimisation in performance marketing
Excellent written and spoken German and English
