The Senior Digital Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and capability scale across TUI by building and managing strategic partnerships with major digital platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, Smartly, AI/LLM platforms). You'll identify new distribution opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements in collaboration with procurement partners, and work with product teams to integrate partner solutions to drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and competitive advantage through strategic alliances that support TUI's digital transformation objectives. This role owns the relationship and commercial outcomes of TUI's strategic tech partners, ensuring that joint initiatives, pilots, and capabilities align to business objectives, reduce cost of acquisition and accelerate capability adoption across markets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for future channels and our marketing technology estate, creating annual partnership roadmaps and identifying opportunities aligned with business goals
Partner identification and evaluation will see you researching emerging platforms and technologies, identifying new channels (social, commerce, AI/LLMs, etc.) and capability opportunities that expand reach and improve conversion while assessing strategic fit, technical capabilities, and commercial potential
Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential partners will be central to your role as you serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and manage ongoing communications on behalf of central and regional teams
Working as the business owner, you'll lead the negotiation of partnership agreements alongside Procurement teams, including commercial terms, technical requirements, and service level agreements to ensure partnerships deliver mutual value
You'll identify, pilot, and scale opportunities that improve performance, audience sophistication, conversion, and cost efficiency through growth and performance enablement, designing pilots for AI-driven bidding, audience models, and marketing automation
Collaborating with product and technology teams, you'll ensure successful integration of partner solutions into TUI's digital ecosystem, coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement partnership initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in technology implementation and digital transformation roles supports your approach to this position
You have proven success in leading large-scale projects within corporate environments, ideally within the travel industry (certifications in PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies are valued)
Experience in digital marketing, platform partnerships, or MarTech environments, ideally in global/matrix organizations, is important for this role
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies keeps you ahead of the curve
Stakeholder management and influencing skills enable you to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries
Commercial acumen with a target-focused approach and passion for implementing data-driven ideas to maximize growth defines your work style
